As the Buddha would have me believe, I am exactly where I should be at this precise moment in time.

Take care,

ChrisChrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01573568234875246176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13562314.post-51377581975847090652007-11-15T16:13:00.000-06:002007-11-15T16:13:00.000-06:00And remember, Chris, in the words of David Allen C...And remember, Chris, in the words of David Allen Coe, "...Jesus woulda made a good Buddhist..."
And the Zen aspect can be good for calming you on these stressful days.HollyBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17644166795449256850noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13562314.post-84300648050229638832007-11-15T14:37:00.000-06:002007-11-15T14:37:00.000-06:00you'd make a very good buddhist. The day is actually going pretty well after a tough morning. We are quite full after the past few busy days, but there are signs of progress all around. It is hard to get a parent to be patient, but it is a challenge I have faced again and again. I explain that I can't let their impatience or worry let me rush and do something that might hurt their child. I know I won't take their worry away until their child is well, but sometimes that helps them understand a little while they wait.

Good to hear from you! All one can do is wake up and start another day hoping it's better than the last one.

Hopefully this little girl is well and pooping on her own soon. I don't mean it to sound funny. My mom has had several colon surgeries and it's very painful and time consuming.

By the way my folks live in a town outside of San Antonio called Pleasanton. Ever hear of it?

Have a great day. The work you do is very important.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
