My cousin's husband set up a similar smoker one Thanksgiving. He drove some t-post in the ground and wrapped foil around the posts. He hung charcol baskets in the "oven." Then he covered it with his child's hard plastic kiddie pool. He smoked several turkeys in his "oven."
